Local Firehouse Subs hosts donation event to benefit Richland firefighters

RICHLAND, Pa (WJAC) — Firehouse Subs in Richland Township will celebrate its fifth anniversary on Sunday by giving back to local firefighters

The restaurant plans to host a holiday food drive to benefit the live-in firefighters at the Richland Township Volunteer Fire Department.

People are asked to bring non-perishable donations like water, soup and granola bars to the restaurant on Sunday, between 10:30 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Anyone who donates will receive a free medium sub of their choice.
