Blair County man charged in homicide case at New Jersey hotel

VINELAND, N.J. - Police have charged a Duncansville man in connection with the homicide death of an Altoona man at a hotel in New Jersey.
According to media reports, Vineland police found the body of Ivan Strayer II, 33, of Altoona inside a room at the Wingate Inn early Tuesday morning after responding to a report of a possible unconscious person.
Police said Strayer had been shot multiple times.
According to an arrest warrant, Larry Pulcine Jr., 34, of Duncansville shot Strayer in the chest using a handgun.
Pulcine faces charges of murder and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
